the inability to understand game theory, or second and third order effects is a sign of low intelligence

Maybe so, but I’m not gonna pretend like I’d be disappointed or mad if Clayton finds a way to put RJ Luis on that court in an LSU uniform lol.

I wouldn't want Tony Clayton prosecuting me if I were a defendant in a criminal court.

[copying and pasting another poster's post is too, unless it's a really good post that needs repeating]

You need to go work for NCAA with your line of thinking. Let Tony Clayton do his job. He got a plan which better then the threats NCAA hands out.

Amen. As he gets older, he is starved for attention. This is his way of remaining relevant. As much as he portrays otherwise, and I hate to admit it, but Sankey has a much bigger dicke to swing than Tony. Tony spouts off over there in WBR and, every now and then, in EBR where he thinks he is king. You will never find Tony in court outside of WBR or EBR on even in federal court in BR where they do not put up with his bullshite. If the SEC lawsuit had to be filed anywhere else, he would not be counsel for the plaintiffs.
