Dude is killing it. Last smack was an out but great play to keep it from a triple. He has had a great first week

I read either on MLB.com or MLBtraderumors that the A’s were hoping he’d catch fire in the show to deal him.
I’m a MLB front office nerd that loves this time of year. I just see the A’s in purgatory and should be in sell mode while retaining players like White on cheap deals building for the future.
They aren’t getting two or three top 100 prospects for whoever they ship off to LA or NYC because they added a fringe 3b prospect batting from the right side. Just being honest. Hopefully he gets to be on the opening day roster when they open the stadium in Vegas (which apparently is supposed to be a lot nicer than that cluster fvck Allegiant stadium).

That new stadium is a couple years away. Looks phenomenal and they’re gonna need some splash players when that thing opens. He isn’t going anywhere.

Pretty sure he is playing 1st base and I dont think he has played 3rd in a while.

You see this all the time in baseball. They bring up a prospect and he kills early. Somehow it all equals out over time. Why hitting .250 in the Majors is damn good. It’s so hard to do.

The most impressive stat he has, since being called up, is 0 strikeouts in 23 AB’s.

Well he is listed at 1b on the roster when he came up. They might have changed the thoughts on him now that he has been hitting. On if the 1b guy is like 1 for 32 and the other was hitting close to .300.
And no I haven't watched one game any of the LSU have played since they left LSU. I look at rosters and the stats.

You know a good hitter when he sprays the ball for power and average to all fields. Tommy can do that.
