I watch videos about hitting and he is crazy good.
He has been with multiple coaches and he is also in the cage an hour a day pre pro ball.
His approach changes drastically on 2 strikes he is all about contact/ control and less power.

Needs to get a new batting helmet. Seemingly every other swing, it comes flying off.

4/5 with 4 singles. Not a bad start in his third game action. Excited for him.

Thanks for providing us with information, I didn't know Toomy was playing tonight. Please excuse some of our classless fans.

Damn still? I didn't get to watch the last 2 games he played but his debut it was comical how much it was coming off. Wild to think they don't have equipment guys who would fix that in-game or at least between games 1 & 2 lol.

Good for TT anyway, good things to come.

Tommy had one of the best 2 strike approaches i’ve ever seen. I wish I had his numbers with just 2 strikes.

Curious where he goes when Kurtz comes back. 3B but they've had Gelof and Kuroda playing well there.... Maybe 3B/DH/1B

Not sure exactly when Kurtz is coming back, but Kuroda suffered a “testicular contusion” last night. One man’s most dreaded pain is another man’s opportunity.

They are going to phase out Gelof and McNeil. Its Kuroda at either 3B or 2B but he is not coming out the lineup unless its an injury. Tommy will probably DH or 1B

It will be interesting to see what they do with Tommy when Kurtz comes off of the DL. I hope he has proven that he needs to stay.

Pretty sure he will stay. If anything he can DH. If Kuroda is out for some time he will play 3B. Trust me they will make room for him.
