Has anyone mentioned that O has more victories than both Fisher and Herman combined or is that not relevant?

It's only October.

Last year right? How's he doing this year? Want to give a list and breakdown of his impressive wins?

he is taking over a train wreck you frickin moron. A train wreck that hasn't had a winning season in years.

Of course not, he doesn't coach at LSU. If he did everyone would hate him and wish they had Ed Orgeron as HC.

No body besides dumb LSU fans wanted O. Hell BRCC doesn't want him probably

They're both still better coaches than O, and it kills you.

Doesn't bother me one bit. Find it funny that they are both great coaches and have losing records while Coach Eaux sucks the big one and is 6-2 and 3-1 in the SEC.

I think Jimbo and K-B should get HUGE raises and extensions.

Has it been pointed out enough that Herman is in his first year at Texas and Jimbo lost his star QB in the first game?

I mean, I like Orgeron, but damn this is a stupid argument. How can anyone actually believe Herman and Jimbo would be doing worse than Orgeron here?

Cool. I wonder how they will lead their respective programs over the next few years.

Not sure why you are laughing at herman, he is a good coach

Yeah, Houston sucked before he got there. Art Briles didn't do shite at Houston and Kevin Sumlin never won 13 games to get the A&M job.

Houston is doing just as good this year as last and isn't losing to SMU, UCONN, etc.

He is a VERY GREAT coach, no question. Have you seen his 3 wins this year. And that is with a Texas team that doesn't know how to spell "talent".

I have acknowledged it and admitted it sucked and is inexcusable.

But looking at the 3 consecutive SEC wins since, two against ranked teams is enough to keep me interested.

It's not LSU has only beaten Duke, Wake forest, San Jose St or Iowa State.

Thank God we didn’t hire a career 10-25 guy. Oh wait....

Does Florida still count as a ranked team?

Ok So if O is at FSU and Texas today, are their records better? Or worse?

Lets hear it

Jesus, one team has won 2 games and the other has won 3. What are the big wins? Iowa State, San Jose State, Duke, Wake forest?

I don't see how almost anyone couldn't take Texas or florida State and do better.

I mean with the talent disadvantage they are facing against juggernauts SJSU, ISU, Duke and Wake what they have done is VERY impressive, no doubt.

Iowa State

Speaking of which...Matt Campbell is another coach who people like Ree have never heard of, but is superior to O.

Has anyone considered which coach still has their team in position to win their conference?

Would that be a relevant thing to mention???

You might want to stop listing them if you want anyone to take you seriously. This is looking like a better win every week.

I'm not knocking CEO but I'd drop him tomorrow for Jimbo. I think he's a better, more experienced coach. Yeah he's having a bad season but I promise he won't go 10-25 like O did at OleMiss. The fact that Joe sat down and looked at those three and thought O was most qualified shows his ignorance!

Tom Herman is unknown but we'll know more in 3 yrs. All that being said, I hope O wins 2 Natty's at LSU and proves us all wrong!

Texas has been playing much improved ball under Tom Herman. They've come close in their loses.

You can't clean up Strong mess overnight. (Look at LSU) It will take more than one off-season to get it back on track.

Many of you kids don't have a clue or see the bigger picture of what it takes to build a consistent winner. You have to be patient and let the process unfold.

Herman will have it going next season. Don't know what Fisher's problem is at FSU currently............
