Did Maximus have a "double or nothing" bet with the UFL draft?
TIA

Don't the players have to declare for the UFL draft? If so, then maybe Toliver didn't do that. If not, then maybe they figure he's going to the NFL.
If none of the above, then Toliver's football career ends at LSU..

This thread is stupid. Tolliver is an NFL player. He's listed in the top 10 UDFAs on pretty much everyone's list. Why would a UFL GM waste a pick on someone who will never suit up for them? TT will be one of the first UDFA's signed when the lockout is lifted.

Oregon's WR Jeff Maehl was the last pick in the UFL draft... He was at least decent in college... Toliver will probably get picked up in FA
My guess is Maehl will get picked up too. I would venture to say he had better numbers than TT, not that that is the only factor of course.

The guy made some nice catches but had some issues too. One of those TD's in the Cotton was back of the ball and really nice. He has some other great catches but the other stuff must be too much.

He's a legend at Georgia Southern and in I-AA football. Walter Payton award winner. Had 9,145 yards rushing and 111 TDs in college.

you don't need to declare or sign-up for the ufl draft. Oregon's Spencer Paysinger was drafted and he posted on his twitter about an hour later saying he had never even spoken with anybody from the ufl or the sac mt. lions.
as odd as it sounds, udfa's might be better served to play a season of the ufl (aug-oct) and be in game ready shape rather than wait out the uncertainty of when camp will even begin.
look at for the omaha nighthawks, who have maurice clarett on roster already and drafted jeremiah macstoli
