WTF? Not once in that article did it say he played at LSU.

But they did mention that his probable replacement is from Wisconsin.

But WE know, and I'm very proud of his career and how he represents himself and LSU.

Any time a list of "the best LSU players in the NFL" comes up, Todd is rarely mentioned.

Well that's not true

He was the first person Gerry Dinardo signed when he got to LSU. He Played Tight End and Defensive End @ Central High School. He was one of the best ever to come out of Baton Rouge.
All State in Football and Baseball (4 Baseball State Championships)
All District in Basketball and State Champion-runner up
He won The Advocate Star of Stars/Athlete of the year too.

Somewhere out there his deceased Grandpa Archie is smiling down on him. What a great career. Sure wish the Falcons could have been in the SB in N.O. but it didn't happen. Congrats Todd on representin!

I always think of this Todd McClure...

But Seriously, Todd McClure and Kevin Mawae's careers as NFL centers is unmatched, IMO. But I am kind of biased being an LSU fan.

am thinking he was a walkon too. Is this correct?

No, he wasn't a walk on. He didn't start his freshman season as a starter but moved into the starting role late in the season if I remember correctly.

Can we now just hire him to coach the offensive line.

Been knowing that family for years. Younger brother said he was going to retire at the end of this past year back in October while Trey mentioned he was going to play one more year. I wonder if Atlanta was trying to deal him to another team.
