If ruling is in favor of SEC no one else can sign these guys.

If the ruling is in favor of LSU we gain a couple of players.

I just want this shite to end. Spot the damn ball.

The irony is that this gets even more hellish for the SEC if they win.

I know I’m the only one I’m ready to move past all this shite and just play ball

Just make it universal for every team and every single player whether it was a mini camp or tryout or fall camp is eligible.

Time to focus on Clemson

If they rule in favor of the SEC the SEC RANT side will be full of trolls and alters. Chicken can't control them now, so can't imagine how stupid that place will be.

Regardless, what the decision is, the SEC will come after LSU if these players hit the roster of 105. They will not recognize LSU as relevant and if we make it to the SECCG they will not let LSU play in the game.

Do explain, why you think it gets worse for the SEC if they win?

So let me get this straight. I don't really understand the leg that the SEC has to stand on here. The NCAA suit is going through the system and that is the deciding factor on the class of 2022. SEC thinks that because their conference voted against a "pro" player coming back to play in college for a 5th year, that this over rides a decision in favor for the 2022 class player?

These players were not on an NFL roster and were undrafted. Define a pro player. The SEC argument is nothing legal about it but argues that thise "pro" players are taking a spot from younger players.

To go to camp/practice, you have to sign a contract. No one is allowed to practice without a contract of some sort. So im sure their argument would be youre a pro if you signed a pro contract

If the ruling is in favor of SEC then Ole Miss QB should not be allowed to play.

I dont think so. I think if it goes through they will play ball just like the Chambliss thing. The narrative is already shifting a bit to 2022 class was an exception.

They had the big first shot because muh Kiffin is evil but the longer it goes on and the more people realize it’s a couple of guys who would’ve gone back under 5 for 5 the more petty the league looks.

The worst possible outcome will be that an injunction is granted, but then its "stayed". This happened with Wisne (Colorado case).

It basically means yes this thing is valid and can go to trial, but until said trial the players are ineligible. And its expected this thing won't go to trial until after the season.

That works out for us if the injunction isn't stayed, but works in Stankeys favor if it is.

I’m actually ok with this. I don’t really want them playing for LSU but I also was Sankey and the SEC to get bitchslapped and put in their place.

That’s the only way I get my cake and eat it too.

Yeah that would work out for you then. And if they players end up winning the trial, holy hell the damages they would garner.

I want em to play, bc frick em. All the double standards and singling out of LSU is patently ridiculous

Then, that would rule out the lineman at Texas and many others.

BTW, I saw a graphic somewhere showing that Penn St., Washington, Oregon and many other schools have players on their teams that have 6th and 7th year players. There is even one 8th year player.
Ohio State has 2 players on their team who are 6th or 7th year players.
