Don’t get me wrong, if I had to choose I’d rather them play and the SEC get shoved in a locker. Like you said, the double standard of letting some of them back, but not others. The posturing and empty threats towards LSU only.

Not sure about that. If the decision is in favor of the players (that's really the point here) and the SEC attempts any level of discipline against LSU ,which they almost certainly will, they're setting themselves up for multiple years-long court battles. The result of those court battles and ensuing bad press, in the worst case for the SEC, could result in its membership fracturing.
To be honest, the irony of the situation is that a clear-cut ruling in favor of the SEC is probably the only thing that will preserve the status quo...

Used to probably split my time between tRant and SEC RANT 50/50. At this point I can't even so on the SEC RANT. There's zero value on there and its turned into a bunch of obnoxious Bubba noise.
