16,600 is basically noone. I know it's hard for some people to wrap their heads around large numbers but 16,600 is 0.004854% of the current US population and X isn't only Americans. Also X is half bots
For comparison, about 2% of American adults state firmly that they believe the Earth is flat. We ignore them as well.

And millions of people believing the Earth is flat isn’t evidence that ignoring lies works. It’s evidence that it doesn’t.
