The way this man changed his life.. it’s truly incredible.

The unconditional love he has for LSU is amazing too. He could easily have the biggest hatred toward the University, but he doesn’t.

Sounded like he was on the verge of tears the whole time. The dude loves LSU and we love him.

Absolutely. A credit to TM, not many do what he did.

When TM didn’t win the Heisman, It assured me that the award is for an offensive player. What he accomplished while having a “size disadvantage” was truly remarkable

Yep but fortunately he was mature enough to realize getting kicked off the team was for the best and turned him around.

It’s remarkable to listen to interviews of him from his LSU days to now hear him today. His growth is unbelievable.

This. It could have gone so different. Thankfully he had a great family support system, and some very good mentors with the LSU family. I am so proud of him.

Damn he speaks so honestly, accepting his past moving on and inspiring these young men and many others to work hard, look to the future, so that one day you can look back and bless others. Tremendous talk and he certainly has looked back and blessed LSU like very few others.

Wow ! You can read and hear about a young man’s growth, but to hear him speak with such gratitude and awareness of his journey touches the heart. A true Tiger that grew up along the way. The university should be proud of this young man. I can only hope that somewhere down the road there will be a spot for him on the staff.

I agree, most here likely not judging his past as our own might not have been perfect and love the turn around testimony concerning moving forward with his LSU teammates who have made so much from so little in life. Might be relatable to some of our players. Very Inspiring, much respect forTM7
