Time to kill a myth that was once again created on the Rant

This is a quote from a comment in the TigerDroppings' article on the Dave Aranda press conference.

I realize or hope this was an exaggeration but the point is that this is incorrect.

WINS:
Some of LSU's wins by the largest score margin actually had the closest to equal time of possession Miami, Georgia and MS State. While some of the largest differences in possession were close games - Auburn and Arkansas.


LOSSES:
LSU had an advantage in TOP in the Florida game. Not by much but LSU was not dragging and worn out any more than UF's defense. A&M game for regulation was fairly close. LSU lost the time of possession battle in two games - very closely to A&M and a large amount to Bama.



So anyway, the Rantard myth that the LSU offense is the cause for the LSU defense, in spite of having at least three or more 1st round NFL draft picks, to not perform as well as expected is just that - A RANTARD MYTH.
