Going 1-1 with that kind of average says alot about our pitching staff. And that kind of average will only go up. If the pitching holds, we'll be in Omaha.

LSU was fortunate that TAMU's main guy had a broken knuckle. LSU was lucky that TAMU's base running was not even average on that day.

LSU was lucky that the Umps got that call right. It could have gone either way because you don't see a Run taken off of the scoreboard very often.
