where do you propose people use the restroom when they will be unusable?

DUMB.....Bayou Country Superfest only lasts a few days!! Port-a-pottys are perfect as a short term solution. Everyone justs need to see this for what it really is...Joe Alleva is lying (AGAIN) and thinks we are too stupid to understand. WAKE UP.....JOE HAS TO GO.

the original entry/exit design of the TS bathrooms in the SEZ has always confounded me. The way the entry way is laid out with the sharp turn/wall means only one person at a time can enter or exit the bathroom. So when the inevitable lines form out the door, it is really difficult to get out of the bathroom

It's bound to improve, given that the intention is to rip out some, if not all of the old dorm rooms as part of the renovations. Should improve traffic flow as well.

Edit: I'm talking about the dorm rooms in the SEZ.

"Pipe Dream".......They will end up putting a couple of new toilets in and slap some paint on the walls. Think about it, why would they spend $$ on the bathrooms? They only deal with something after it becomes a crisis. This is a smokescreen and Joe is lying!!!

If LSU Athletics can devise a plan to add the east upper deck, while playing football OR construct a new south endzone, while playing football, I think they could find a way to have a concert for a week while working on a few bathrooms/concession stands. Don't be such an idiot.....you must work for Joe.
DONE.

Why? Baton Rouge owes LSU a helluva lot more than vice versa. I LSU get contract with FEST 2 years from now, and let them other venue in meantime. Preferrably Superdome, which will not be desired venue 2 yrs from now over LSU. Easily solved.

I hope they base their renovations off of those at Neyland Stadium. The concourses there look like a shopping mall, immaculate bathrooms, too.

Don't they play like 80 games vs like 6 or 7 in DV?

Doesn't DV hold like double or triple the fans? I'm just comparing some stadiums. Those are the last two I went to. Just think it is way past due. It's time maybe LSU gives back to the fans in way of nicer facilities. That's all.

Congrats, you have managed to make the dumbest post of the day and its only 9 am.

Because I'm comparing bathroom's of stadiums? And that lsu is way past due on fixing them?

But here you are contributing absolutely nothing to the conversation. And you want to throw around other posts as dumb? Fitting.

Are you really that much of ah; if you don't agree with just move on.
OK I am kidding about the hidden agenda but you do realize they replace the field every year after it? Do you think they will keep doing this? It has been decent in last few years but still not as perfect as BAMA,UGA, MOO ST,etc. and I fear putting in turf is my point as result!

Putting portable bathrooms in a stadium full of drunk rednecks. Not a good ideal.

They can probably do it in April when the scrimmage ends. Cooler weather makes more sense anyway. You know LSU will wait till the last minute and end up with port-o-potties on the ramps.

You realize it's more than just some new paint and toilets? They are going to be redoing the entire concourse(s) and their layouts, functionality, etc.

A incredible amount of structural and mechanical work. Not to mention asbestos abatement. I believe the initial thought was to take 3-4 years and renovate one quadrant each offseason since it's such a difficult undertaking.

Asbestos and probably lead paint removal too. That will for sure need to be done in the offseason (right around time that BCS happens). That shite takes weeks to clear out once you stir it up and blast it).

Where does it say that in the article? You must be the contractor.
