LSU Gameday app with stats, replays, scores & highlights from other games, concession ordering, social media interaction, live traffic status, contingent on free reliable WiFi.
Wifi internet or just a plain cellular signal in TS would be a huge improvement. I believe that is one reason the younger groups do not stay longer.
When we played at NRG in Houston vs Wisc they had the game stats constantly on a prominent scoreboard. I found that to be very informative.

Here’s hoping OP has Joe Alleva’s ear. All good ideas.
I would add, All ticket holders get free parking in the newly designated pay-for-parking areas

Build out 4 large air conditioned club areas with tv’s and alcohol in concourses of each side of stadium. (Maybe get Walkons as sponsor?)
Alcohol? All for it. Watch the game from your seats though. Our stadium already looks empty enough on tv.

1) tear down the south side addition and do it right this time or dont do it at all (im kidding on this one, but jesus that thing is ugly from the outside)
2) restrooms restrooms restrooms. they need to figure this out and address it.
3) perhaps biggest issue with game day experience isn't the stadium but traffic. they need to push hard to get alot more shuttle and alot more people using them. this is the main reason i dont go more, and the main reason i leave earlier than i should at times.

Get rid of upper decks and replace with more suites.. Replace bleachers with chair backs and add more space per seat. Make WiFi a priority.

1). Get rid of commercial breaks by a) split screen for commercials with continuous action like they do for other sports or b) virtual billboards on field with technology used for yellow first down stripe. Long commercial delays are the main reason the masses get bored and leave.
2). Become more lax with sneaking booze in. That's the only thing that will keep the students there.

Finding a way to make the stadium more comfortable for the fans is a must. The most comfortable areas of general seating (so premium seating like suites etc excluded) are in the nosebleeds.

2nd Best Idea = Discounted Family section with greater police presence and swift removal of drunk idiots. This could happen in the North Endzone, LSU wants that zone to be Liquor free (Not happening) ... But It could be the best option if they start selling Beer and Mix drinks in Tiger Stadium.

Yeah this guy clearly isn’t familiar with Tiger Stadium if he shoots this idea. North EZ is like bourbon street

Arrive early, park your automobile carefully. I was keyed during the LSU, AU 2003 game. That repair cost 3,000

It’s not about fatties it’s about overall comfort and space. Those bleacher seats are too close together and are uncomfortable. Just make the whole stadium chair backs like professional venues.

1. Do something to solve postgame traffic congestion.
2. Only let people with season ticket passes enter/park the campus on gameday. Others can come on campus but cannot park anywhere on campus.
3. Cut concessions prices in half.
4. Redo North EZ bathrooms. It's not the 1930s anymore.

Cut power to residential areas on Saturdays during the fall so people can't use their refrigerators and hi def televisions.
And cut off the water so people can't use their toilets.
Problem solved.

No one said the student section will be made alcohol free ..
I'm very familiar with TS , been a Season Ticket holder for over 30 years. You will never stop the Liquor from getting in the Student Section True, BUT It would be pretty bad planning to serve Liquor in the Sections surrounding the SS in the North end zone.
If LSU sells Beer in TS it will not be in tossing distant of the SS, don't fool yourselves that will be a disaster to monitor.
Since you 2 genius can cut down ideas , what would you do instead ??

Make a couple of sections in the lower bowl free general admission, first come, first served.
It gives folks that can't afford tickets a chance to see a game live AND creates a more hostile atmosphere. People who wait in line for tickets won't be leaving in the 2nd quarter. Our in-stadium fanbase has become too white collar.
