LSU blew the field away today and their top player's score didn't even count. If they can come close to that tomorrow again, they might just make the top 4 teams into match play. IF they were to do that and take their hot hand into match play, this would be the biggest comeback story in collegiate golf history.

LSU is only 3 back of 8th place going into tomorrow (LSU is +2 and 8th place is -1). That means if LSU has a great round tomorrow, they will qualify for match play. The top 8 teams after tomorrow qualify for match play. The NCAA champion is determined based on match play not stroke play. Tomorrow should be fun.

They only need to be in the Top 8 for match play after tomorrow, not Top 4.

Holy shite. I didn't even think about looking today because I thought they had zero chance to make the cut. Good for them. Hopefully they can do something similar tomorrow.
Edit: they went -18 today...the next closest team went -9. That is what kicking everyone's arse looks like.

Your first two groups are subsumed in the last two groups, unless they didn't graduate (,,,from "The Department of Redundancy Department")
