Is the above email where I can contact the person selling?
I would like to be able to pick this up in person rather than paying for shipping. Besides, delivery guys have hell finding my house.

I own an apparel company and I know what you can and can't get away with when it concerns logo's, trademarks, etc. I certainly couldn't print that on a t-shirt and sell them without consent from LSU. You're doing the same thing...just a different canvas. If the artworks were gifts, that would be different. You just can't sell them for profit. AND, you're advertising them as the LSU Tiger Eye...how more obvious can you be?

I hate to agree with people on here, but you have to wonder if she has something for you? Is she British? If so, you know she has a thing for the American dude who is living with her "current" boyfriend.
It's just how the world works.
She may have done the painting out of the kindness of her heart because she needed practice. However, I doubt it. Artists give free artwork to others usually to impress. If a female artist has spent time and effort to do something very nice for you like a painting, then you have to wonder about her intentions.

My answers probably aren't what you want to hear, but like I said in the email, you have some very nice coasters that would sell. I don't think you'd have a difficult time getting approved if you can meet their requirements. But, as you can see on their website, only about 2500 companies are approved....there are millions who would like to be.
