A chick tells her "new boyfriend" that she has been with another player but he raped her. The new player takes issue and tells the staff. The staff is like this happens all the time. New player is a cuck and the chick needs to cross examined. Bet she slings that shite around

You have to be one of the worst posters on this site and that is saying something. You are constantly negative. You dont agree with that person then immediately proceed to reply to them and insult them. Dude dont get mad because you realize you are one of the idiots that automatically assumes everyone is guilty before knowing it all.
The guy changed his story. Good luck with that holding up anywhere. And when a crime happens to you do you just think fck it and move on or do you call the police? Because NO ONE did that. Yeah everyone will be coming out the woodwork to get a check now. Period.

This all is both sad and frustrating… Title IX requires action by LSU and its employees. There is a university TItle IX board in a sense.
It seems difficult to understand exactly what was investigated by Title IX here and what was followed up on by university police, AND if the university police investigated does Title IX investigate too.
With all the sexual abuse and Title IX news at Southern Cal, Ohio State and Michigan State, I honestly do not see how LSU is in the news for, mostly, three football players.

Yep. A certain individual may be moving 50 miles east on Interstate 10 sooner rather than later.

Hearsay within a hearsay.
Awesome.
Speak that truth.

So you're completely fine with this thing dragging on and how everything has been handled so far?

Yeah it’s called inconsistent statement.
A good attorney is going to shred that testimony apart.

do you think Orgeron is going to sue shipley?

Nothing really new, just another repackage of the same allegations.

If O is fired with cause, who would get the head job? No one off the top of my head on staff has any head coaching experience.

It doesn't seem like that's the terminology the player used if that was Ed Orgeron's response. And again, LSU's Dean of Students contacted the accuser and asked her if she wanted to pursue a Title IX investigation and she declined.
Oh I don't either. But that's what they are trying to say what happened. And that Ed knew and didn't report it.
I'm not saying it's true, I'm saying this is why we are here.

The BF? Not really. He hasn’t said anything under oath has he?

No, I want it to end too.
If you can't see the problem in this statement
I don't know what to tell you. Probably do need to seek help.

It sucks the joy out of LSU football. And I feel for the girls involved but honestly none of us did that to them but their actions now punish all of us who had nothing to do with that. So punish those who were involved and let the rest of us move the frick past all of that.
I don't know what to tell you. Probably do need to seek help.

Agreed. Oeaux has to geaux for the sake of salvaging the program’s image. It’s bad enough he skirted testifying before the state legislature, now who knows what type of stain he’ll cause on the program in civil litigation.

If these cases are “rape” why not go to the police?

So Robertson told her boyfriend not Coach O? Am I reading that right?
