Look we won, so whatever, but while in the stadium I thought this crew was objectively pretty bad after the first half.

Felt like there was a lot of missed holding calls on Ark’s oline.
Long shot at the end of the 1Q/beginning of 2Q, looked like the defender hit Nabors arm well before the ball arrived.
Terrible roughing the passer call in the 4th.

Thoughts?

Didn’t even review the Swinson strip-sack. Sad!

Two of the JD deep balls that so many are bitching about were pretty clearly pass interference. Feels like refs are getting worse at what is and isn’t interference.

Even if they review it, not sure it would have been LSU ball since there wasn't an immediate recovery by LSU. LSU player picked up the ball about 5 seconds after the play was called dead.

Yeah them not reviewing it was wild, but what’s crazy is why didn’t BK review it?

I thought they were fine. Didn’t love the roughing call but I’m sure arky fans didn’t love the hold that took a TD off the board right before that.

Because there was no clear recovery. The ball stopped moving and no one was attempting to recover till the whistle was blown.

It was not being overturned.

They held LSU all night and did not call it. DL consistently kicked Arkansas OL's shite in and they were getting held with 0 calls. It was bullshite. DL's issue is they could not finish plays. Consistently penetrated but bad discipline and an OL that consistently held them too.

Players are allowed to grab onto each other as long as they keep it between the shoulders. I am sure they miss some but they usually try to call the most egregious or ones that affect a play. You probably could call holding on every play but I personally dont want to watch a game with 15 holding penalties.

Defender raked his arm as he reached for the ball. Not sure how many times you see that called.

The Roughing the passer call was ridiculous.

The non-personal foul against Mcglothern was also ridiculous.

Outside of that they did well.

Arky was behind the chains all game with constant false starts. But our D sucks.

Yea, they were both obvious pass interferences.

Another one that wasn't as obvious was the Denver Harris pass interferences touchdown catch, but the reciever was stiff arming Denver Harris in the neck the entire time they were in the endzone before the catch. It's no wonder Denver was trying to tackle him before the ball got there.

I think the issue here is it was blown dead immediately, then it took a full 15 seconds before an lsu player (a safety from way down field) picked it up.

He "raked" his arm so hard nabors arm was at his waist when the ball hit him in the helmet. That is a pass interference
