You want the man who hired Malveto, Crowton, Cameron, Steele and Peveto to hire ALL our coaches for all sports? And you want the man who wouldn't fire them to be responsible for firing coaches when we need to?

Former coaches don't make good ADs. They are more loyal to the coaches than to the school.
