but what about a 17-20 point win?

I'd take a 1 point win right now if you offered it.

This team needs to keep winning. It doesn't need to look good doing it. You are hoping for a false sense of security. At no point this season are you going to look at us as a favorite against the Georgia's and Alabama's of the world.

Just hope that this team keeps winning and in the process, gets continuously better.

Now, let the trolling begin....

I stopped with the sunshine pumping when Less Miles was fired. I want the Tigers to win much as anybody. Winning attracts talent, and elite talent wins games. I want LSU to be elite talent's first choice, not the also ran. Because if LSU doesn't win and win consistently and convincingly elite talent will go either west to Texas A&M (Jimbo Fisher) or east to Alabama (Nick Saban).

Beat Bama!

Hey sport, not sure if you knew this, but if we win by 1 and if we win by 40. It will equal the same thing which is a win. Just keep winning stop worrying about how many points we score, at the end of the year no one will give a shite how we got to 12-0.

you don't say? Yes a win is a win. Can we just dominate an opponent and actually look like a top 5 team?

I have a feeling (Hope?) that our coaching staff is up their asses this week about allowing tech to bring it to 24-21... I don't see it happening in back to back weeks.

It's happened for 4 straight weeks. We'll see if they get the message this week. The challenge Orgeron and the staff faces is changing behavior when the behavior hasn't actually cost you anything yet.

There's a reason why we have nerve endings in our bodies. When we touch a hot stove, it's painful. If we didn't have nerve endings, even though we know cognitively that it's harmful to touch a stove, we would still touch the stove sometimes, because it didn't actually hurt. The brain needs to send a powerful message to the body, "DO NOT TOUCH THE STOVE."

I'm sure these kids know that lulls in the middle of the game are bad, but if they're not feeling an injury at some point from it, they won't learn. When we don't lose, that responsibility falls on the coach. Orgeron needs to find a way to send a powerful message to this team that certain behaviors need to change, before a bad loss does it for us.

The committee does...despite what you might here.

They do but do you seriously think we would be left out if we went undefeated even if we only won every game by 1 point? Even at 1 loss we are probably still in.

We have to develop a mindsight of curbstomping people. We don't do that...Bama does.

I'd like to be more like Bama in this one respect.

The wins we already have and the games we have remaining we don’t need double digit wins every weekend.

Our quality of wins will win the committee over in a heart beat. They won’t look at the La Tech game and all the details. They will see the 17 point win and move on.

With 2 top ten wins, we already have the best resume in the entire country. If we go 11-1 and only lose against UGA or BAMA we will be sitting pretty.

Lose to UGA but beat BAMA...Beat UGA in ATL and we in. Revenge game.

Or

Bama beats us in a close win and we beat UGA we still in I think. It will be a tough choice for committee but man hard to not choose us for just losing to Bama and winning head to head against UGA.

So don’t worry about winning by double digits. Just get dubs.

If LSU loses to Bama, but beats UGA and then UGA beats Bama in the SECCG they could conceivably all have one loss. LSU won't get in with that scenario. Sure it's song shot of course. 3 teams from one conference won't happen IMO.

Some people seem to be confident in the coaching staff but don't want to assign expectations to the team for some reason.

The offense needs to be more consistent this week. Ole miss defense is perfect for LSU’s offense to explode against.

We've thought this twice already this year. I'm losing confidence that it's going to happen. Something is off.
