Most people on the Rant are excited about LSU playing for a national title tonight. Let me figure out a way to piss on their parade and diminish the accomplishment.

i dont see what the purpose of the original post is... do you think any of us are going to say ohhh not that many people watched it so im not going to either? like that one guy said, it is major to us.... i dont think any of us pick and choose what tv we watch based on what has the highest ratings...

I agree. I enjoy college hockey after 2 yrs @ Michigan St. Is that a major sport? NO! Is it entertaining? For my Spartan wife & me, hell yes. That's all that matters to me.
I don't need to justify what I watch based on ratings #s. American Idol has huge ratings & I won't watch an episode of that bilge for $100.
