Bumping to clarify that I'm obviously willing to sell the set for less than what I have paid for them. I'm hanging onto them until I can actually use them on a regular basis again which is likely 2-3 years away from now.
Section 101, Row 45, Seats 10, 11, 12 & 13

Willing to sell below costs that I have paid for them.

Just curious, how hard do they enforce the ages 5-12 mask rule while in the stadium? I'm bringing my 8 and 12 year old to Auburn game and we will be sitting in the Stadium Club. Thanks in advance.
Those were some fun times in the PMAC!

Regis Koundjia has to be very high on list of 5 star busts.

I would stay away. There are a lot of rumblings they may file Chapter 11 by end of 2Q.

Greenhead, what kind of position are you applying for at APC? I've been with APC for 2.5 years...

I have worked pretty closely with COPC over the years and I wouldn't expect them to divest any of their core assets. They have been actively trying to farmout some of their older producing properties. They are definitely not interested in selling their LL&E mineral fee position in South Louisiana (Terrebonne Bay) because I know a couple of groups that have inquired about it over the last few years.

The Exxon/Anadarko rumor has been circulating for years. Exxon CEO Rex Tillerson has two years left to improve upon his less than stellar legacy. He gambled on Russia and that has been a failure to date. The XTO acquisition was tarnished when natural gas prices plummeted with no significant rebound in sight. Some experts speculate he will try to make a splash in the wake of the Shell/BG mega deal. Anadarko would make sense but it woukd come at a premium price. Anadarko boasts a nice diverse portfolio including significant assets located in Gulf of Mexico, Mozambique, etc. Apache has also been mentioned along with EOG who lacks offshore and international production. Anadarko CEO Al Walker has a track record of building and selling so anything is possible.
Man I'm pumped the Tigers got in! I'll be in Vegas with some friends for opening weekend of tourney.

I've been told that Blakeney has already given his verbal commitment to the LSU staff. UK has put the full court press on this kid, this would be one hell of a coup for Jones, Patrick and the rest of staff!

Any update on traffic flowing East bound from Laf to BR?
Yep, I sat right behind David Patrick's wife and Ben was sitting two seats over. I hope David doesn't take off because this kid is the real deal!

I expect a really, really nice crowd. I'm taking some time off from work and coming in from Houston for a mid-week game which says a lot.
Ok, this is getting out of hand. Time for the ANCHOR...

Yep, that's the best part. He's dead wrong....

My bad, I knew the Rant would eat this up.
Pretty ballsy for a guy that is coaching at a school that has NEVER scored a Touchdown in Tiger Stadium. A ULL buddy just sent this over, I couldn't help but share....

Did they really just quit?
Great year for Ole Miss, when was the last time they advanced this far in the NCAA tourney? I know the program has been pretty awful over the years.
Congrats Mark, I'm sure you will do great.

I had a couple years of field experience and 4 years in-house before going to Anadarko. I also had an offer from Conoco and Shell but I preferred the feel of working for an independnent. We recruit the PLM/Energy Management schools pretty hard but ULL isn't one of them. From what I've gathered, the majors love recruiting the Energy Management kids from OU. I work with a ton of then at my current job. We also hire a ton of attorneys from various schools. There is currently a need for 5-10 year in-house guys but not really for inexperienced ones.

If you have inspirations of going in-house one day, one of the following degrees would be helpful: PLM/Energy Management bachelors degree, JD or MBA.

I started working in the field and earned my MBA from LSU. I then began working with a private E&P company as an in-house landman in Houston. I just recently accepted an in-house position with Anadarko Petroleum. I will admit, connections mean everything in this business. I know a ton of field landman that aspire to move in-house but most of them won't get the opportunity.
Cajuns are off to a strong start this year, I hope y'all can keep it up. I love when ULL, SLU, Tulane, etc field strong teams along with LSU of course. I wish I was going to be there, that atmosphere will be fun!
Big game coming up for you guys, I bet Lafayette is giddy with excitement! Turned down a couple of invites, schedule just wouldn't allow for it this time around.

The ultimate sign of respect for the LSU program is how excited opposing fanbases get when LSU comes to town. It's like LSU is the Yankees of college baseball.

Good luck.

Have you ever worked with BP before? Their organization is extremely arrogant and that certainly played a role in their latest screwup. I have worked with BP as a partner on several projects and they weren't highly thought of before the Macondo incident. BP screwed up big time, don't let anyone tell you differently. I just hate that the industry as a whole has suffered greatly due to their incompetence.
What does LSU hoops have going for it? Are you serious?

ETA: Hope Y'all go dancing this year.
