Nowhere does it say Wade has made any representations that such allegations would not be made.

You are so intellectually dishonest it's funny. He said it by signing the provision, dork.

What lies did he tell?

That he had done nothing wrong and the NCAA had nothing on him to issue a NOA.

Source: His arse got fired for cause with it. Apparently, his agent and attorneys can back me up, too.

Holy shite. I never post on Poli and literally make fun at Poli posters expense regularly. You must have an IQ below room temperature. You couldn’t possibly have gotten that more inaccurate.

I’m literally in amazement of the rampant stupidity on display.

Herein lies the problem:

IT'S OVER

HE'S GONE

HE'S NOT COMING BACK

WE HAVE A COACH. HE IS REBUILDING A PROGRAM. WHETHER YOU BLAME WADE OR WOODWARD. IT. DOESN'T. MATTER.

Most of you cannot be grown men. I refuse to believe there are grown men who would bitch and gripe about a coach 2 years later like some girl who dumped you. There is absolutely no point to any of this because the normal people DON"T CARE ANYMORE. If you love Wade that much become a Mcneese fan. If you hate Mcmahon that much don't watch LSU men's basketball. It's really very simple. There is something wrong with someone who bitches about the same thing for 2 years. I mean mentally wrong. There have been multiple coaches take LSU to the NCAA tournament. Dale Brown, John Brady, Will Wade. And we will have a coach that does it again. Maybe it will be Mcmahon. Maybe it will be someone else but quit acting like this is fricking Duke University for Christ's sake. Yes we want to be better than mediocre in Basketball and Mcmahon has shown this year that he might be the guy to do it. If he doesn't then he'll be let go and they'll hire someone else but for the love of God quit with the Will Wade posting all the time. It really does make it look like you are a cult of mentally unstable emotionally immature nimrods.

Sincerely,

A Will Wade fan.

It should be impressive. Multiple reputable media outlets and Pulitzer Prize winners all reported the same facts. Are you really so damn dumb to not realize that the fbi wiretaps against Wade were played and admitted as factual evidence in a federal courtroom during trial??? And that the feds wouldn’t dig deeper into Wade’s stupidity???

The ncaa also used irrefutable electronic trails. Phone calls and texts. The NCAA might be a sham but they just don’t levy 8 level 1 violations on a whim. And especially not the charge of lack of institutional control.

There were no wiretaps “against” Wade. That’s a ridiculous statement.

They were not played in court. Nor was Will Wade called to testify.

You do understand that there is nothing criminal about coaches paying players, right?

Of course you don’t.

This isn’t about Wade coming back, this is about getting facts right instead of just making up shite that isn’t true.

They actually weren't played and not admitted into evidence. That is what makes them anonymous sourced information. The tapes were leaked by Dawkins defense team and never used or admitted at trial.

In fact, the NCAA filed a Motion with the Court asking that certain evidence - including that tape - be made public. The DOJ objected and the Court ultimately refused to release that information.

Had the tapes been played and authenticated, the NCAA could have used them to punish Wade. But because they were not used, the tapes could only be used a "conversation" starter with Wade.

How many of those violations were proven?

The U.S. Department of Justice Southern District of New York’s sweeping probe of college basketball corruption was announced in late September 2017. LSU and Wade were publicly implicated months later. A transcript of a wiretapped conversation between Wade and convicted middleman Christian Dawkins was read aloud at the first of two federal trials, in October 2018, in which the two discuss efforts to send prospect Balsa Koprivica to LSU.
In the wiretap transcript read in federal court in 2018, Wade and Dawkins mull the chances of LSU landing Koprivica out of Montverde Academy in Florida.

Four Level I violations were determined by the IRP, with two more of Level II and two more Level III transgressions

Do your homework. They were read out loud by one of the defense attorneys who was trying to have it admitted into evidence. The court refused to admit it, and found it totally irrelevant to the case. By the way, it would be nice if you actually link to the article that you’re quoting from.

That guy just makes shite up. What started this whole thing was discovery in the Dawkins wire fraud case where Wade was a potential witness for the FBI. The doctored stuff that was leaked to the press came from Dawkins’ lawyer to try and discredit Wade as a witness. The wire taps into Dawkins were ruled inadmissible by the judge who determined that the two men were joking around and having nondescript conversations of no relevance to the case.

The Missouri job will almost certainly open up if Dennis Gates does go 0-18 in conference play, as is now projected.

Trying to compare one to the other doesn’t make any sense. It’s not like someone chose McMahon over Wade. LSU admins thought they needed to fire Wade and did. I, like many others, wish they wouldn’t have but they did. Then they hired McMahon. Since he’s now the coach of our Tigers, I want him and the team to do well. Just bc you like Wade doesn’t mean you can’t pull for McMahon. As a matter of fact, it’s kind of weird to root for McMahon to fail, as if that changes anything about how good (or bad) a coach Wade was.

I was really upset when they fired Wade. Honestly thought I was done with LSU basketball as my immediate kneejerk reaction. Honestly I think what Coach MM has done up until this point has been really good. He was handed a program that looked like it had already been given the Death Sentance. To be in year two and have us playing 500 ball in the Sec is again very impressive. My only worry is the talent going into year three. He will lose a ton this offseason and has some work to do. I support him 100% though, think he is a good one. .
