I'd say it appears likely this team is different from last year's team offensively, in a good way. It may also be different from last year's team defensively...in a bad way. Whether you lose games 95-85 or 75-65, the result is the same. Is this team better than any of the last three teams? NO ONE knows. At most, there is some level of encouraging signs to say they might be.

The issue is not having an opinion, per se. It's making snap decisions such as "this is a bad shooting team" or "this is the best team MM's ever had" without much objective evidence for those opinions is foolish.
