What a homer you are. LOL.

Jay Johnson is moving players around trying to get a formula that works but the problem is that the players just aren’t that good.

LSU Pitching is a joke and Johnson did not recruit them. Some of you think that just putting on an LSU Jersey makes a player talented. Well it doesn’t. Later.

What?

The team needs improvement and a shakeup in the lineup but I haven't seen anyone on that team "quit."

Does this = quitting to you?

I'll take it a step further, these 'quitters' lit it up last season.

I'm genuinely asking.

Show me an example of them quitting.

LaTech-7 LSU-6
(LSU pitching walked in 2 runs and used 7 pitchers and looked bad as usual).

Not an opinion. FACT.

So where's the quitting part?

Would "a bunch of quitters" send the game into extra innings? Seems like they'd quit before it got to that point, yes?

What the fuk were you watching? LSU lost
7 of 10 SEC Series last season and was out of the SEC Race by the 4th week of SEC Ball. They won a weak Regional and got embarrassed by Tennessee in the Super Regional.

They did not tear it up.

The same game you were watching.

I know.

Ok? They got to a regional and a super regional. That's my point about calling these guys "a bunch of quitters."

And I addressed that already. I said they have a lot of work to do and a lot of things to fix.

So where's the "bunch of quitter" part come in? Overreact much?

I think you struggle to understand the difference in not being a good team and being quitters. They are not mutually exclusive

How many times do you see these players come up to bat and make a “Timely Hit” to win a game as Skip called it? This team doesn’t do it.

How many times have you seen a Pitcher come in and shut down the other team in a key situation? Tonight we folded and walked in 2 runs to lose.

They have the look of defeat at key times during a game and they play that way. You can call it quitting or having a loser’s mentality or whatever phrase you feel good about but the end result is the same.

Believe what you want.

That's his point. And mine.

It doesn't make them "quitters." I'm not trying to be rude or anything but come on.

Most of these same players got to a regional and then a super regional last season.

This team needs a lot of work and there's a lot to fix.

I call it needing to improve on things.

If you want to give up on the team, then that's on you.

I am just as unhappy as you are with how the team looks but I'm not about to whine about it like I have the answers to fix it and I sure am not about to call them quitters.

Not being a good team isn't the equivalent of quitting.

This is classic rantard. Starts thread when we’re down, disappears during the comeback, then reappears when “proven right”

Clown would’ve never surfaced had we closed it out.

Oh look the term quitter being overused on this website again. Gotta love 50 year old men yelling at college kids.

I was correct. I am not oblivious to reality like some of you. This team inherited by Jay Johnson and is average at best. This is the worst Pitching Staff I can remember at LSU and anyone who thinks they could win with the talent on this team is lying to himself.

I hope LSU sweeps Florida but I think LSU will be very fortunate to win 1 game this weekend. This is based on what I have seen from the players on this LSU team. Jay Johnson did not recruit this bunch of players and deserves a chance to bring in talent of his own and may take 2 years to get enough talent to compete in the SEC.
Down vote away.
