ULL fans are annoying in general. I will never get why they try so desperately to force a rivalry that will never exist.

No one is forcing a rivalry. We played. You lost. Stop your bitching and get over it.

3 runs, with runners at the corners and a 2-0 count. You probably would have gotten blown out if the game continued so be thankful.

USL has their best team in years and won't host a regional much less make it to Omaha. Congrats on winning your World Series in 5 tonight.

ULL played very well, Aced. There's no doubt about it. They hit well and ran the bases very well. The fact remains though, you, like most ULL fans, are annoying as frick!

There's a ton if baseball left to be played, but on paper it is very possible that both teams could host a regional.

I never put much weight on midweek games, ever. College baseball is all about winning series.

Just getting started? All the momentum was on The University of Louisiana's side. Like I said, be thankful LSUBR didn't get blown out.
This is why I don't like losing to these MF'ers. Tulane and USL. Nope! No excuses for losing to any state school in any sport. And the worse part are all the pathetic little excuse makers defending a loss. Loser mentality as I say a lot on here.

I wonder what the chances are that LSUBR and university of Louisiana could schedule a football game in the near future. What with LSUBR in obvious decline and the University of Louisiana steadily moving up and all. I am sure the game would be competitive. Now that's a game I could get excited for. Who cares about those meaningless SEC games. I wonder what LSUBR's record is against U of L is?

The loss means very little to LSU, but it does wonders for ULL. They know they are good enough to beat the #1 team in the country, at their place. If they can do that, they are good enough to beat anyone, anywhere.

The only thing I took away from this game is Tyler Moore shouldn't be behind the plate. Couldn't make the throws. Put Scivicque behind the plate.

Also, it looks like Bregman is just trying a little too hard at the moment. Guess once he gets in a groove he'll be fine.

it is confidence building for them but one win against LSU when it comes to the big picture and post season placement it won't mean that much.

the Alabama series for UL will do much more for their season rather than our one game vs them.

If ULL sweeps or wins the series they will be in great shape for the season.

I sort of equate it to the LSU win vs UK. LSU beating UK in basketball doesn't mean anything to UK, but LSU fans thought it was justification that LSU belonged in the big dance. Like LSU in basketball, I believe ULL's win vs LSU will end up fools gold in the end.
