Well based on your post history, you've done nothing but troll since this game started. You've got nothing better to do than post on the opponent's message board? Is your little brother LSU butt hurt that bad? I spent time in Lafayette and it's UL-L fans like you that give them a bad name. Please, go enjoy your midweek, rain delayed, 1/2 game victory.

The hitting in the last two games is like last season.

Agreed. The Tigers have some issues that go beyond their flat performance in this one. I'm hoping they can shape things up before SEC play. They just didn't look sharp tonight.

I am here because this is where the game thread was. I apologize for rustling your jimmies so much. It's ok, being the second best team in the state isn't that bad.

here is LSU's line up from Sunday

LSU starters: 5/lf Sciambra; 27/dh Zardon; 8/ss Bregman; 20/2b Hale; 14/3b Ibarra; 22/c Scivicque; 26/1b Chinea; 17/rf Foster; 23/cf Fraley; 16/p Poche'

McMullen out Laird out, Stevenson out, robertson (who had a good weekend) out

sure we struggled at the plate but it was a late start due to weather and 3 normal starters and one hot hitter didn't start.

beating us in a 5 1/6 inn game doesn't make you the best team in the state

You do realize that UL was fixing to put even more runs up? It's not like LSUBR was starting to rally. Be thankful it wasn't worse.

Enjoy it tonight.

Because in early June, you'll be back here as a 2/3 seed. And it'll play out the same way it usually does...Ooh La La making that hour long bus ride back to Laffy with their tails between their legs, us hosting the Super the next weekend. Seen that movie too many times.

even if UL beat us 15-1 it wouldn't determine who is the best team int he state.

1) Nola is better than every guy on your staff (this is the case with almost every team in the country)
2) midweek games are never a teams best stuff.
3) it wasn't a complete game you can't assume LSU wouldn't come back
4) in baseball even great teams get clobbered by crappy teams some times. If ULL consistently beats LSU than you have a point.

We weren't nearly as good in those other years as we are now. Be prepared to get your arse kicked in the Lafayette Regional.

For fricks sake, it's the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL), not Louisiana or UL. Goddamn that's annoying.

ULL fans are annoying in general. I will never get why they try so desperately to force a rivalry that will never exist.

There's a ton if baseball left to be played, but on paper it is very possible that both teams could host a regional.
