This loss means very little

one loss to a ranked team in baseball means nothing. Lsu will likely have 12+ losses at the end of the season so 1 to a ranked team will mean nothing.
we have things to work on but this is game 8 it is still very early.

Am I the only one who thinks a 2 run victory in 5 innings is bullshite? I mean alot can happen in innings 6-9. I feel cheated.

in 2000 LSU started 6-5 after losing 5 straight to Arizona State Mcneese State and got swept by Houston (all 5 games in the box) and look what they did that year.

3 runs, with runners at the corners and a 2-0 count. You probably would have gotten blown out if the game continued so be thankful.
