Apparently you don’t know what a good coach looks like, Wade doesn’t know how to coach offense or defense he is just a really good recruiter. You can sign all the 4 and 5 stars players you need if you can’t coach them up your not going any where dumb arse.

Finally someone who can take off their purple and gold glasses off and call a spade a spade. I'm not saying I don't like Wade but he is lacking and limited b/c he never played at a high level.

Countless other examples of great college coaches who either didn’t play or were benchwarmers
There’s almost no correlation between playing ability and coaching success once you get to the college level. Everyone with a brain knows this.

In 10.5 years John Brady made it to 4 NCAA Tournaments. Never more than two straight. Johnson and Jones only made it to one each over a combined 9 year period. Were it not for the NCAA cancelling the 2020 tournament Wade would be on his way to reaching his 4 straight...in 5 years at the school. He has the program achieving a CONSISTENT level of success that it hasn't seen in 3 decades.
Wade's teams have played in two NCAA Tournaments. They made it to the Sweet 16 before losing to #2 seed and eventual Final Four participant, Michigan St. Last year they beat SBU before losing to #1 seed Michigan. While he hasn't gotten past the Sweet 16 in two tries, his team's haven't underachieved in the NCAAT either.
What the hell are your expectations for the program? LSU has only made it past the Sweet 16 ONCE...in the past 34 years. Would fans like to see better success? Absolutely. But when you put things in perspective Wade is doing fine and hopefully can improve.

This is one of Wade’s least talented teams after Miller went down. He’s 16-6 with a team that doesn’t have a single guaranteed first round pick. Hell, he’s at the top of stack on SEC wins since 2018 and he’s only had 3 players drafted in that stretch. Hell, UK gets 3 drafted a year. Meaning he’s doing more than Cal with less talent.
By the way his last two teams were top 10 in offensive efficiency. Saying he doesn’t know to coach offense seems suspect.
His current team is top 10 in defensive efficiency, so don’t think that argument holds water.
