Cautiously optimistic. I feel like we go through this at the beginning of every season, only to watch it unravel.

Man these threads are sad. Everyone is happy with what they saw last night. But you need to stir up drama like a woman

No joke, every year we read on here from "fans" how this year feels different, etc... We won't really know this team until week 3 or 4

Already started the “E’s not calling plays” crap last night

It was refreshing to see us come out firing and bury an inferior opponent early. It's hard to take THAT much away from a game against Ga. Southern but I'm very encouraged with what I saw.

I've long believed this. Some just have to have someone to argue against. They can't stand it when things are going well and everyone's happy.

Yeah I loved the aggressive play-calling. Burrow looked great and I have always been a critic of his.

We finally have the new offense we wanted and beer being sold in the stadium. We’re pretty damn satisfied. Now, if the administration could just somehow fix the traffic, parking, and tailgating issues...

The traffic wasn’t terrible last night. Mostly because people were leaving in waves

Where are they?

Good post, jbraua.

They LOVE to dish it, but they whimper when it gets dished back at them.

The Crow Buffet won't be official til LSU kicks Texas' arse. Then it is on.

LSU has a an offense that will be better and more dynamic than the Mett/Landry/OBJ trio. It was an overmatched opponent this week. I feel next week Texas will be overmatched as well. I don't feel they are as a good as their ranking.

There’s nothing to be negative about anymore. We looked good last night and the rest of the SEC didn’t. insertwecomin.gif

Agree , no matter what side of the issue you stand on we need to really become one Tiger Nation. Families fight, but damm this is nuts sometimes.

Agreed. I think they're going to be solid this year, but next year is when they make take that next step forward IMHO. They've got talent but are really short on experience. I've marked UT as an LSU win all along, but now I think we may win somewhat comfortably.

right now they're crying about Mike not being on the field. So I think that means the football team did pretty damn good.
