Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr is encouraging SEC commissioner Greg Sankey to take "all measures available," including suspending and/or removing LSU from the conference, if the Tigers elect to roster former NFL players this season.

Of course he is. He’s a politician looking to score easy points. Some of y’all are so fricking soft. How do you even find these things without aggressively searching for it? Says way more about you than the GA AG. Be above this. You guys are making us look just as bad and pathetic as the people you’re calling out. Relax.

You're incorrect. It just popped up on my phone as a special ESPN update and as soon as I turned on the SEC Network a few minutes ago, it was being reported on there too. So no aggressive searching needed. Also, no one gives a shite about what the Georgia AG thinks.

It is a sports headline. Sorry man. Didn't mean to disturb your day. I think people should be accountable for what they spew from their mouths.

Well, they certainly shouldn’t. I sure don’t. Seems like you and some others do, though.

I think its funny. All the ones being outspoken about removing LSU is because they are scared. They want easier competition and this is their excuse to remove one of the stronger athletic programs in the conference.

If they are not on a roster or practice squad, the NFLPA doesn’t consider them to be “nfl players”
I don’t think any team, including LSU is looking to do that. So the statement is fine, just not applicable.

On the contrary, it will just be getting started and lawyers will be the beneficiary for many months.

Kiffin has enough bravado in front of the media and he's enough of a football lifer to know the quote and the context behind it, so my dream scenario would be to get to watch Sankey have to hand Kiffin the SEC Championship trophy on the podium in at Atlanta with Kiffin looking right at the LSU players and fans and saying...

"Just win baby"

The only thing that might keep him from doing it is his dislike for Al Davis. But if he can get past that, it would be a blatant "middle finger" to Sankey, the SEC, and all of the disingenuous pearl clutchers in the media and other fanbases.
