Thanksgiving night, 2016. Scott Woodward shares his thoughts on "The Search" while creepy Alleva eavesdrops. Joe looks intimidated standing in the presence of greatness.

Alleva’s back there waiting on Woodward to get done with his interview so he can ask him for an autograph

Joe was scanning the horizon for friends that day. Years later he’s still searching.

It’s like a live-action version of the “The guy she told me not to worry about” meme

I’m not sure which was the worse hire? Alleva or O? Probably Alleva cause he hired O.

“LSU’s a great institution. They’ll be fine in the end.”

Yeah, because you’re coming home to save the day, Scotty.

And what a horrendously terrible decision Alleva made

This was the night that ESPN had reported that LSU & Tom Herman had agreed to a deal. Then they sent reporters up to the suite to interview Alleva & he hid like a bitch.

WTF did he just run away from Herman instead of trying to sell him the advantages of being the Head Football Coach at LSU?

He just ran away scared with his tail tucked between his legs. Didn't even interview anybody else. Just came back to BR and settled on "The Meds" for LSU.

He should've been fired right then and there for those two back to back disgraceful performances.

Oh well, he gone now. Can't cry over spilled milk any longer.

Go Scott. Please clean up the massive mess...……...

Can someone clear up why Woodward was assisting with “The Search”?

I sat in my seat in Tiger Stadium and watched the parades roll out wherein LSU athletes in various sports were honored at halftime or, most often, during televised time outs. The players and their coaches were introduced, occasionally with the athletic director. Somewhere along about his 2nd or 3rd year, it became more about him and his title Grand Poobah Vice Chancellor for Athletic Affairs or Dean of Athletics or some kind of inflated title that he made the announcers use in reference to him.
