They all are season defining games, win them all we bring home it all. Lose 1, we go to the sugar, lose 2 we go to tax slayer... lose more and these idiots might try to light tiger stadium on fire rioting.

Well this is certainly a little ray of sunshine to pin our hopes on.

This is a season defining game by tiger25In my opinion the outcome of this game will tell us how the rest of the season will go

I couldn't disagree more. at least it SHOULDN'T be season defining. are we that mentally weak?

win or lose we still have 8 games left and a chance to win the SEC. nothing more, nothing less.

Yes.

Auburn had 2 home games in a row against Aggies and LSU. Their coaches have to win 1 of these.

They will play better and more determined this week vs last.

True.

So any kind of win is ok... no matter how ugly.

Its amazing how the only games that matter are the lsu losses.

Don't be ridiculous. There are lots of situations in which winning a game doesn't mean much but losing it means a lot. It usually happens when you play against an opponent that isn't very highly regarded. Every game we've played so far this season has been like that and so are the next two. Florida may be different if we don't lose before then. Go into the Swamp 4-1, beat the Gators and I think most will agree it's a meaningful win.

Get ready for more of the same. I don't believe there will be any significant change in this team until there is a coaching change. I have zero confidence in Miles/Cameron to make the right adjustments.

This doesn't make sense to me. Auburns got a good D and we never blow them out up there. If we win and offense looks good then I'll feel good about it. If it's about point totals what is the number we need to win by in order to win the west ? 21? 17? But if we Win by 7 we lose 3 n nov?

I thought it was Byrd? Or am I getting my years mixed up?

I agree. And they played Clemson tough, so they are not that bad. However, they are 1-2 and not feeling too good. If we start strong they will quit like last year, however we need to keep our foot on the gas. I think if our def can dominate like last week, we win big as the offense will score points

This is the 3rd game in a row we play a spread offense, so we know what to expect- Defense is ready

If LSU loses, Miles is gone for sure.

I honestly think we'll see the best Auburn team so far this season (obv they can't get much worse). They'll be fired up to play LSU

Of course. Set up the excuses nicely.

Just like how LSU is the only SEC west team to not break 20 points against Alabama the last 5 years. It's just because LSU just happens to get the best Bama performance of the year, right?

It's 1/7 remaining games I think we could easily lose.

So you think LSU could easily finish 4-8?

Get rid of the dumb penalties that kill drives. That's the biggest problem I currently see
