Ole Miss doesn’t have that kind of power.

Agreed. Nobody gives two shits about OM. Bama, on the other hand...
I'd actually lean toward a D-bag trifecta consortium of Bama, Tenner, and UGA. If they get rid of LSU and replace us with some wussy school with no meaningful football program (UNC), they have an easier path going forward in the sport they care the most about. And the league likes it bc of growing the footprint in a big state. And getting rid of the black sheep, of course.
OM may be in the back seat, but they ain't driving.

Could all of this be a try at giving the executive committee all the power? 7 deciding the fate of 15?

I agree, but it reeks of desperation and retaliation. That makes me think that while OM may not be the mastermind, they are at least working behind the scenes with more powerful SEC members to push it along.

Y’all gotta drop the ole miss stuff. They want to be us, we need nothing from them. Took all they had already

Tennessee gets popped every other year and just had to suspend a LB this past weekend. This bitch better not be throwing rocks from a glass house.

@OP,
It is Bama.
OM doesn't have the stroke.
