What would you say was the 1 play that saved us from not having an undefeated season??

3rd and 17 or something in the Auburn game. Didn't we come up with a key sack or defensive stop when Auburn had the ball with a chance to tie or go ahead? Or am I thinking of another year?

I think you are right.

There was not 1 play.

We would have found a way to win without the shoestring catch or the 3rd & 17 throw.

The game clinching run by CEH against Bama was so great! For YEARS we were manhandled by Bama so finally beating them with a game clinching run where our OL and RB pushed their DL and LBs 10 plus yards downfield after initial contact.

IMO, the only team we played that could have beaten us was alabama with Tua. Texas was not gonna beat us even if we went to OT. Neither was Auburn. And Clemson and Oklahoma were almost jokes compared to alabama when we played them.

He was more butt hurt than the 80,000+ Gumps stampeding out of Bryant Denney

I bet he plays dress up games pretending to be a Gump cheerleader and gets the red rubber ball stuck in his mouth when he’s

He was all over Joe Burrow the entire game. He was emotional talking about him after the game. I just didn't see this at all.

This one. That was probably one of our weaker showings overall last season, and Auburn showed up to play.

Including the Natty, that game was the most nervous I was all season.

Trying to remember, I think it was Grant Delpit that tracked down the Auburn running back to prevent a touchdown. That was a huge play seeing that we only beat Auburn by 3.

Not one play, but feeding CEH against Alabama. I don't think I have ever had a more visceral reaction to a players performance than Clyde's that day. I was as proud of him as if he was my own son. Proud and happy both.

this..bama was building some serious momentum, and getting the ball back in short order infront of that home crowd could have done us in. Clyde put the team on his back that day!

Here's another:

In an alternate dimension, the Texas RB catches that wide-open TD on 4th & 1 in the 1st qtr.

Since the final score was only a 7 point margin, that TD would've tied the score by the end of regulation and Texas had some momentum going into OT.

Both of the 4th down stops in the 1st were huge.

After halftime for the Auburn game they broke a huge run. I think Delpit chased him down within the 10 and we held them to a field goal Instead of a touchdown. Those 4 points were the difference in the game.
