these polls are screwy, and here's what i mean

First, though, i don't give a damn about our rankings. win losses are what matters.
But, LSU is such a good team that having Kentucky beat them at Kentucky's home field in overtime by 1 point means Kentucky is such a really good team they go way up in the rankings. But if Kentucky is rewarded for beating such a top team, then why is that top team punished so hard in the polls for losing by 1 point in overtime to Kentucky at home.
doesn't make any sense to me. They shouldn't even have rankings until after week 8 at least.

Another year of CFB and people still don't realize these rankings are there for the media to generate hype around upcoming games.
