Chest has played a total of 27 minutes the last 4 games, and when he's been on the court he's all but invisible.

Corey Chest is so average it is insane 
He has 2 amazing SEC games that have inflated his production. This guy cannot shoot, he cannot dribble, he cannot defend the low post. He is not worth $200k let alone $1 mil

I don't think he's who you'd run the offense around but he's averaging 12 and 13 per 40 on a team with nothing close to a lead guard creating easy baskets for the bigs.

That is 1/3 to 1/2 of our entire NIL budget for the past year. If we get the money to pay that much to one player, we wouldn’t have a recruiting problem whether we paid it to Chest or someone else who can shoot foul shots and who doesn’t get stupid technicals at inopportune times.
