Exactly! this is a one year issue that goes away next year. So why waste any more time on it. Because it's LSU that's why and that's the only reason for all of this BS.

For LSU, this kinda hits both ways.

For football, these are the players who were forced out; they had no choice in the matter.

For basketball, Luis is a player who chose to leave college early to go to the NBA draft and sign a two-way contract, but is not attempting to return to college.

While I don't like what college sports has become, I fully recognize that there are no more rules. Only obstacles to be overcome. I remember when a coach couldn't buy a player a hamburger when visiting a recruit but the NCAA in their arrogance has totally lost control in governing college athletics. I'm not sure if they will ever regain control.
