Baseball really stumps some people around here. It's like they forget about how previous seasons played out.

I stand corrected. Neither Wolfcola nor IslandBoy777 is the dumbest TD poster.

Ironically, to me, this appears to be one of the potentially deeper and talented staffs in recent years.

Well that cinches it. Coach Johnson has no clue what he’s doing. With his record of consistent failure at LSU thus far we knew the program was shaky coming into the season so we shouldn’t be too upset I guess. Season’s over folks, go home

I agree. It's a very deep staff.

We need to keep a list of the Chicken Little crowd do they can be tarred and feathered at the end of the year. I swear, you would think they have never followed baseball before.

It’s literally the same thing every year. LOL. Even last year the pitching was suspect early on but by tournament time it all worked out. You definitely can’t judge a pitching staff this early.

Even if the poster gets lucky and is correct about our starters, if our starters turn out to be just average, with how strong our bullpen is and and how many runs this lineup os capable of producing we can still repeat, this is a very good team we have here.

Damn you’re good. You didnt even need 2 full weekend series to figure it out. You should replace JJ. He will never win a natty if he doesn’t get his shite together.

Will Wade, the greatest college coach in any sport, can’t coach the LSU baseball team, so unfortunately we will have to “settle” for Jay Johnson.

There needs to be a baseball knowledge test in order to post

What do you base that on? ERA? Or Strike outs? Or even better,….walks? We don’t know much yet other than we don’t walk many batters and strike out a lot of them.

Statistics are NEVER correct when you first start collecting them. They change and even out to what they usually are.

Paul Skenes was hammered by Iowa in an early season tournament in 23’.
