The only thing worse than our performance last night was the stadium

What lame venue. The damn video screens were so old it looked like we were wearing piss yellow Jerseys. Also, what’s with the super white Indians?

After 2009, I vowed never to return to that shite stadium. LSU has suffered many bitter defeats in that stadium the past 20 years.

Our fanbase was worse than the team or the stadium. Two years in a row FSU fans made us sound like we don't exist. Would have been forgivable last night if the same was not true last year in our own back yard. We suck as a fanbase. We remind me of the 90's Bama fanbases where we make more noise complaining the next day than we did cheering during the game.

What was the breakdown of fans where you were in the stadium?

For the most part, we didn’t exist. LSU fans were few and far between. Only eight of us in our section.

My family were the only LSU fans within yelling distance. How about you?

As someone who went to school at Alabama during that time, i agree 100%. The fanbase felt our team should be there because “we are Alabama” and I never understood that. Teams change every year, there needs to be consistency to build something.

Honestly the field played a huge role in how the game turned out. That turf was a joke.

We got our tix through LSU and had big groups of FSU in front and behind. I agree probably 75 Nole - 25 Tiger mix in the stadium and 75 Tiger - 25 Nole mix in the LSU section. I used to think people were just being negative talking about that stadium but it really does suck. Hot beer and no hot dogs by halftime.

I think that is being very generous. I would say 85-15.

Hot Beer, pathetic piped in music, long concession and bathroom lines. That about sums up the stadium situation

Yeah I was thinking 80-20 but you could be right. Worse than that, the Nole fans around us were complete assholes. All you can do in that case is fricking take it. It SUCKED!!

Surrounded on all four sides by Nole fans. In front and back they were drunken young guys. Rather than making an issue of it I had a good conversation with them. Turned out having a good time and congratulating them for the win. Then we went over to the tunnel to cheer on the team as they left the field. Sucked to lose that bad but we have to learn from it and move on. I am focusing on what we will see in Starkville.

That venue is a dump! Big, but other than that it's worse that rural high school stadiums built in the 70s.

No paper towels in the men's room BEFORE the game. Hot beer. Soggy hotdogs. They ran out of both by halftime. Long lines at the concession when they had very limited options.

No screens in the concession area so that you can watch the game when you're in a long wait to get warm beer and soggy dogs.

Bad area of town.

Best part of the game was the drunk FSU guy in the row in front of us throwing up on the FSU gals in front of him before the game. The girls' dad was not happy and the drunk's friend smartly got him into the concession area while the dad cleaned up the seats.

Ironically by the end of the game, the drunk had returned and the dad was turning around high-fiving the drunk.

Watching/listening to the game on TV FSU’s band was so much louder than ours. Was that the case inside the stadium. It sounded like they would intentionally drown us out

Our band was loud. I was on the opposite 20 from the end zone the band was sitting and I heard them most of the night. The FSU fans were very loud.

That’s my guess. We were on the LSU side in the corner lower section and were completely surrounded by obnoxious FSU clowns. It was embarrassing. And then the 2nd half happened.
