For me, the most encouraging new info is how Haskins performed. If the reports that Burrow and Haskins were neck-and-neck is anywhere close to accurate, I am more optimistic today than before yesterday.

Now do Brennan and Burrow who were very close.

How do some of you people get out of bed in the morning? What miserable little lives you all lead.

What a shame.

When you watch the game tonight, remember that this is exactly the offense Orgeron envisioned.

I also think our offense will be productive. Might take several weeks to get itnpurring so I hope we have enough timing to get it going tonight and in two weeks on the Plains.

I mean, the last time he was OC he set 6 offensive records in 7 games.

Small sample size, but if you really are asking why someone could possibly think the offense will do well, just look there.

Hey bro. I think LSUs offense is going to be good this year, but I would be doing myself and everyone who posts here a disservice if I didn't post what I think are funny comments when they come to me.

To be real and honest about it all.... for the first time, O has his team, his recruits (and transfers), his coaches and staff, the schemes of his design, no more excuses acceptable, he will be rewarded and judged by what we see and the success here forward. As a Tiger faithful I am hoping for the best!

This is really tearing me.

I don't have high expectations but I really really like Ensminger and I want him to succeed. I hope he succeeds and our offense absolutely pushes Miami's shite in all game.

Last time he was actually the OC running plays he designed he lost to fricking USL.

He already stated that this offense will look nothing like Cams offense.

There are too many new parts for this offense to have any cohesion at all. We may be able to generate some explosive plays, but it will be much more difficult to generate a consistent combination of plays to have a long drive. This is why it’s so important for the defense to dominate. The defense need to give our fledgling offense short fields to work with in order for our offense to score points. Here’s hoping the defense is up to the task.

Don’t forget Haskins did this against a team that had only one win last season. I don’t think this game is going to be close as the score might show. I have nothing to base this on except the players we have and believing LSU will begin to separate themselves from Miami midway of the 3rd quarter. Miami has nothing to gauge this offense by except to look up old Auburn tape when he was the co-OC. LSU by 3 touchdowns

Dont forget that Haskins has been in that offense with those players for 2 years. Burrow has been here for 3 months. To expect that they would play at anywhere near the same level is ridiculous. It’s not fair to Burrow or our coaches to expect the offense to be great tonight. It takes time for the line, RBs, WRs, and Qb to get on the same page.

Burrow and Haskins were neck and neck, as many people who watched them compete can tell.

Burrow and Brennan being neck and neck is the result of coach speak where he was trying to either confuse Miami as he did you, or was trying to prod Brennan into staying and continuing to compete.

Two totally different types of observations, the first one is real, the latter one is coachspeak, and is close to meaningless.

It's not coachspeak, it's a lie.
