Kramer Robertson? Really? Come on.

Some of the best in my lifetime are Shaq, Chris Jackson, stromile swift, Ben Simmons (like him or not, he's up there), Tremont waters (say what u want about him being short or whatever, but that dude is a freak athlete) Kevin faulk, Cecil Collins, burrow, odell, Jarvis, honey badger, bark Mingo, trindon Holliday, Eddie kennison, Pat Pete, fournette, Jamal Adams, bregman, ben Mcdonald, Todd walker, Eddie furniss, joey belle and Lyle Mouton...those are some that stand out for my generation at least. I wasn't alive for the billy cannon, Jimmy Taylor, casanova, Charles Alexander, Bob petit, Rudy macklin or pistol Pete years.

Also, as far as basketball is concerned this year and last, Marlon Taylor is a freak show of a athlete as well, but he hasn't performed as well as the others and is just extremely athletic.

Chad jones is a really good one that gets overlooked. He was just a damn athlete, and one of the best pure athletes to ever play for LSU. Damn strong choice, sir.

Lol, I hate questions like these bc it's so hard to pick just s few athletes at a program like LSUs that has had so much damn abundance of talent play here. It's really impossible to narrow the list down to just 10, much less three to five. It just goes to show how great LSU is and has been in Athletics. Now, for instance, compare LSUs abundance of athletes that have played here to miss state, where damn Dak Prescott is the best athlete to ever play there...lol, it just doesn't compare to LSU. We are blessed and spoiled as tiger fans to pull for such a great, historic, and storied program. Geaux Tigers.

I think the list should also include their contribution to the sport they played in - relative to that era - and how they conducted their lives on and off the field. Were they true ambassadors of LSU? Athleticism is only part of the equation.

Now, look at your list.

Jones and his college teammate Jared Mitchell are the only two college athletes ever to claim a BCS national title and a baseball national title.

Hopefully the Tigers can make Mo Hampton the first person to win a CFP Title and a baseball title.

From a talented athlete standpoint, Kramer is way, way up there.

Any list without Chris Jackson is incomplete. He averaged 30.1 points per game as a true freshman. Pistol Pete was another.

Remember, the OP said WITNESSED. I didn’t witness either of these players play, so I can’t list them.

Kevin Faulk. Simply because he was outstanding when the team wasn't very good.
