How exactly is that? If you're thinking pitching change should have been soone then you don't know the process of warming up a pitcher. Poche was pitching great before completely shitting the bed this inning. Why would they have someone in the bullpen when your starter is pitching great? You can't get someone in the damn bullpen every time a pitcher walks someone. The home run was a mistake pitch and that happens. When he completely lost command they got someone up and got him out as soon as they could. You can't stop the game and wait for the guy to be warm.
