probably losing 2 good players, both very important players for a good part of the season and probably the entire season.

We can overcome a loss and probably can take another loss at some point. Winning this game would have set us up nice with our 3 remaining toughest games at home. We started slow and that cost us. Not a fan of play calling in 1st half and all the mistakes and penalties that cost us. Playing on the road in that environment is what I was scared about most. We still have a good team and will be in every game. It would be much easier with Spears and Green. Hoping for the best.

Now we know why Lane fought so hard to get the ex Ole Miss TE.

It’s the worst part of sports man. But it’s the reality of sports.

Well... if Green is out for the rest of the season, that's an open roster spot isn't it?

We should be able to at least split Tennessee and Alabama. But it really doesn’t leave much room for another loss and there are plenty of good teams on this schedule.

Green and Dilin are the two best players on offense. And I’m worried about Dilin being run into the ground since RB2 is such a big downgrade. We need a second RB to step up.

Green is irreplaceable and they’re going to have to get inventive to supplement another way. Idk how.

I think Texas is our hardest game left. Hell state may be tough but I’m not as worried about Tennessee as other people.
I think the key is to split bama ans Texas and we have a good shot. Those games are towards the end so that gives us some time. Both are a home and we know tiger stadium is a tough place to go on the road and win.

Reliford and Anding are out for the season and count toward the roster limit. Green would be no different.

We’ve seen in the past how injuries to key personnel can completely derail a season. There is a lot of football left to be played, and the fact that we are this badly banged up so early on is not a good sign.

Not sure the rules are so vague and ever changing.
