That could be the only silver lining if Jones somehow survives another year.

He's been here 5 mother fricking years. Seriously, how long does he need to "get his system installed"? He's had more than plenty of time. Don't accept the garbage coach that he is, because that is exactly what he has been in his time here. He needs to be fricking fired right this second, and you need to accept that. Also this is a garbage garbage thread, and you deserve way more than 109 downvotes.

I thought Jones should get to finish the season, but it has gotten to the point where he just needs to go now and save himself from anymore embarrassing game time coaching and after game losing speeches. Alleva needs to do it today.

Have you not learned the mistake we made with football? Alleva fired miles one year too early and we ended up with coach o. Big mistake. Let's not make the same mistake twice.

Who ya gonna replace jones with? No recruits will want to If we prematurely fire the coach. This isn't Kentucky where it can be turned around in one year. It takes years. Be patient.

Threats of violence because I know our basketball coach deserves more time? Very unfair. coach jones did things no one has done at north Texas. He will do the same here if we give him time.
