One screw per drive maybe at best. Les is an idiot coach, I will lay off of him when he is coaching somewhere else. One screw up

Dude, shut up. First I had to endure the Tenn loss in his first year. Then I've had to endure multiple other games where he has gotten lucky and won. I also watched what a joke of a season last year was. Now I endured the loss against Ole Miss. I can say whatever I want. He's getting paid freaking 4 million. If he doesn't like the criticism, he can quit.

Lay off miles? Are you kidding me? One of the highest paid coaches in college football. Thats why he makes the big bucks. And we the fans pay his salary. When they collect my hard earned money each year they dont lay off me. Miles has the talent and for him to consistantly screw up with little things like clock management and such that become big things is simply inexcusable. If you believe other wise then you need to wake up and pull your head out of your arse.

Yes! This is not the first time he's proven to be a subpar coach, it's just the most outrageous one. Sorry --- $4MM should buy a lot more than an average coach!

In the last two years he can't win half of his conference games and we need to lay off of him? Give me a break!

You really believe that this was is only screw up? Pull your head out of the sand (or your arse)!!!! It's been a problem of Miles' from day one. EVERY game, we are left asking questions about his coaching but all too long have let it slide because he wins. Now it has come full circle and bit hm in the arse. If you honestly believe that this is a first, then you obviously are not an LSU fan, but a Les Miles fan.

Miles could get caught in bed with a dead hooker and a live boy and you Milesophiles would grumble something about "good coach," "made a mistake," "won an NC in 07," and tell everyone to "get over it" and support him or we're not "real" Tiger fans.

Also, I fricking hate Saban.

Like a lot of poeple, I had questions about Miles when he was hired. 34-6 with a BCS Title in his first 3 years changed my opinion. Once Pellini left, things started to unravel on the defense. Then Crowton forgot about the concept of an offense that establishes something and comes back to it over and over again. As we fell back to the middle of the pack in the SEC, Miles' shortcomings became more and more noticable.

Its hard not to see that the program has dramatically slipped. If you don't want to admit it out of sense of loyaly to the staff/HC/team, then what will you say when 8-5 turns into 4-8?

Miles will get another year to right the ship. Crowton and the offensive staff need to go to give us any shot next year. Another season like the last two and Miles won't survive next year.

Ain't gonna happen. I will say though that after 897,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 posts about the Mississippi Meltdown, I sorta get the idea that some fans are upset with Miles. Me too. But the way I look at it is, Miles is on a very public probation now, and should be through at least the 2010 season. The Meltdown is history, but this Saturday's game looms ahead. I'm thinking more about the Arkansas game now—especially, what changes we'll see in the quality of game management by Les, Crowton and Chavis. I expect to see changes from this point on. We all should. Or Miles should leave.
