Some of them may get an extra payday by other boosters.

I was not. Dale’s freak defense was over 30 years ago! It was before I was born, and I’m a grown arse man. Also, Dale’s teams couldn’t hit free throws to save their life, but Wade’s teams were actually solid at the line.

Exactly whats happening. They get paid again. Its a terrible system for 18-19 year olds.

Not embarrassing but refreshing! Hopefully CMM rebuilds with smart, great effort type players that can shoot the ball.
The group leaving didn't fit that mold even remotely.

Correction: they played with great effort sometimes, but weren't smart and couldn't shoot.

Yopu are 100% wrong there. Shaq, Stanley and Jose Vargas could not hit free throws. Everybody else coached by Dale could shoot the frick out of FT's...

Not as embarrassing as keeping guys who we know were on the take.

It also doesn't happen if the transfer portal isn't a thing.

I think our circumstances are unique but this won't be the last time this thing happens.

Also... just because they hit the portal doesn't mean they are gone. It does mean they aren't fully committed to LSU.

And they probably never were. They were committed to cash, to the coach, etc.

Look Woodward wanted McMahon as his coach that's why he fired wade when he did he didn't want McMahon getting hired by somebody else that's why it worked out like it did he got rid of wade because LSU was out of the sec tourney and didn't have to wait in case lsu made a run in the NCAA tournament and his guy got hired by a different college that's why he did it when he did it,it worked out perfect for him

Dude Auburn recently made the Final Four with Pearl. 2019 or 2018 so you’re wrong there, but I feel you. Wade had one thing correct. LSU BASKETBALL IS A SLEEPING GIANT!!!!!!!!!!
