Seriously, ever think there could have been two marines?
I've never been in a physical altercation the I didn't yell my occupation at the top of my lungs.

Okay, old man.
I'm not actually old.

You insinuated they did.
Again no I didn't, but thanks for telling me what I meant.

Yeah, you did. "So I suppose you are saying the police decided not to talk to anyone that worked there at all right?".
Saying someone must have talked to the employees at some point is the same as saying "The employees gave statements which were included in the report." Wow, didn't realize.

If you had ever been to a bar around LSU on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night you would know that people are getting kicked often for a wide array of issues.
This makes sense. If they had several people kicked out and it was too common an occurrence to bother mentioning then I could see that.

It says in the report that Lowery only went to the hospital because he daddy MADE him. Yeah, that's now suspicious at all.
I've been injured before and went home and went to sleep. When my parents saw my injuries the next morning, they made me go to the emergency room. Are you suspicious of me now too?

Wait, so the police didn't even talk to employees? That is some shoddy police work my friend.
Again, are the employees suppose to be loitering outside while they are on the clock?

uh, i went to Woodlawn, where Lowery eventually graduated from, and if i would have been seen at any time with drugs or alchohol i would have been axed. school is school, the kid had/has a substance abuse problem and obvious anger issues.
Firstly, I don't believe you. Secondly, it's not the policy at CHS so much as the extent of the investigation to find kids drinking alcohol out of school. I'm not saying Lowery was innocent or even deserved to stay in. But it's hardly fair to say Jefferson finished high school and Lowery didn't.

has zero credibility in my book, everything that has come from the "victims" side of this has been proven as half truths or shown to be misleading other than there actually being a fight.
when it all shakes out lowery will be exposed as a jealous, butt hurt ex-boyfriend who tried to roll an entire football program under the proverbial bus because his ex was getting koala-macked at shady's one night

So if "the kick" was to Lowery I want to know any other accounts of how the vertebrae were fractured. (So far someone said he backed hard into a pickup truck)
And why in the HELL has the RANT not figured out yet who the VERTEBRAE BOY is????? They've out lots of other stuff.

Unless you are 12 years old, my answer is "yes".

That's why I used the word insinuated. Probably just an issue with the way I perceived that statement.

I don't believe that you would get the axe for being caught with alcohol out of school.

This is my question. Lowery is garbage, but you can't just say the other 3 people are "friends" of his. Who the hell knows. So who are they and what were they fighting about? The crowd interviewed by the officer said that 15-20 people were beating an unknown white male who left in a black truck and the assailants left in a silver vehicle.

zero tolerance means zero tolerance, i guess like any school though if the teacher didnt report it then nothing would happen.

Depends on past discipline but having been kicked out of a private school in BR for something similar I can say it definitely happens.

Well then Woodlawn is more strict than Catholic because CHS will rarely kick someone out for their first alcohol or marijauna offense. You go on probation and have a short lease and are subject to drug test/breathalizer. So either Woodlawn has a stricter policy than Catholic High or you are just making stuff up.

Okay, in this line, two questions:
Did Lowery graduate from high school?
Did Jefferson graduate from high school?
Fair enough.

I have no doubt it happens plenty in private schools. They have far more leeway in getting unsavory characters out of the school than a government run school. That's what I would think and my experiences lead me to believe the same.

Yes they both graduated. JJ from Destrehan and Lowery from Woodlawn.
