Lowery was the stalker. Lowery is a Marine. Lowery was the one who had his friends come on here day one(Bzoner) and state he was just rushing in to help some guy who got pulled out of his truck.
What the stalking story does is put some doubt into him being an innocent bystander who came to the rescue of the guy in the truck. That will have te be determined.
