I guess you didn't read the fricking police report. It states that Lowery did not have serious injuries, was not at the hospital with the other 3, went to a different hospital (OLOL) after his father made him, and his statement is that he removed the guy to his vehicle and was then attacked. This is also shown at the beginning of the extended video. Take off your blinders and look at it.

Lowery being a P.O.S. doesn't change the outcome for JJJ if he kicked someone who was on the ground. It just means that Lowery would face his own charges and JJJ would face charges.
Defending a girl is one thing. Kicking someone on the ground is not defensive and he will likely still face charges for this if it is true.
So, don't be shocked if this still comes crashing down on Jordan J. Jefferson.

If Lowery started shite with the girl and/or wi the players, it doesnt lessen the seriousness of kicking someone in the head when he was down. However, it may make Lowery less interested in pressing charges and make him a less compelling witness at trial, which in turn could increase the likelihood of a plea agreement on a misdemeanor.

Yes, how dare they get angry at someone for beating the hell out of a marine who tried to save someone being beaten on by a crowd of people. Said person who ended up having serious injuries along with two others.

What we know to be true is some LSU football players violated curfew and went to Shady's Bar and now are in trouble but had they followed curfew the incident never would have happened and the BRPD could be spending time doing other things.This isn't hard to figure out the solution.Follow the rules and you don't have to suffer the consequences.If curfew isn't broken, problem doesn't exist.Just that simple.If people want to say it was tradition;well guess what,traditions also have consequences.

College kids brah. They break rules like curfew from time to time, and they also get in fights sometimes.
